JESUS WARNS ABOUT THE I.R.S.
By W. G. Guy
The King James Bible does not say very much about the forty days of Jesus after His resurrection before His ascension. There is a record of His teachings to His disciples during that time. However, because of what He said would be coming in the future that identified the I.R.S. (the Institutionalized Religious System): but those records were rejected as the canonization of Holy Scriptures by the religious elite at the Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D.
What needs to be recognized is that the Council of Nicaea was composed of the leadership of the Roman Catholic Church at that time. In addition, early church history was written by the Roman Catholic Church in order to justify its existence. Thus much of real early church history has to be researched via other than historic church records.
The record of what Jesus did and taught following His resurrection is held and maintained by the Ethiopian Church, and its monks, who have labored to preserve such documents. The Ethiopian Bible contains 88 Books, not just 66 Books as in the King James Bible. The Council of Nicaea rejected some of these texts because they exposed the corruption of their religious system: this will be revealed as you read further.
First we need to know a little about the history behind the Ethiopian Church. This is traced all the way back to Moses, when he was a prince of Egypt. He was made a general in the Egyptian army and lead to the conquest of Ethiopia. A pact was made between the two countries when Moses married Tharbis, the daughter of the Ethiopian King. Centuries later a relationship developed with the King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba, (Ethiopia), and a son was born of her from Solomon. (This is recorded by the Jewish historian Josephus. Also see the Song of Solomon.)
Still centuries later, a servant of the Ethiopian royalty was visiting Israel following the resurrection of Jesus, and was ministered to by the apostle Philip as he was reading the prophetic scriptures about Jesus. Philip expounds on the scriptures showing that Jesus is the prophesied redeemer. The Ethiopian accepts Jesus and asked to be baptized – (Acts 8:26-39). This Ethiopian then returns to Ethiopia with an understanding of the gospel of Christ. Thus we have the birth of the Ethiopian Church, which already held to the scriptures and prophesies from time past.
Obviously the Ethiopian Church was never under the influence of Rome as the Roman Empire never went as far as Ethiopia. The Christians in Ethiopia were not influenced by what the Roman Church did, or established as a Catechism, or their cannon of scripture. Thus the Ethiopian Bible contains 88 books instead of 66 books. Rome rejected of these 22 books because the substance of those books exposed the fallacy and error of the Roman Church, and defied its institutionalization and hierarchy.
Now it is time to look into what is recorded in the Ethiopian Book named Mashafa Kidon which recorded some of the words and works of Jesus during the forty days prior to His ascension. The following are summations of His the last specific messages.
- “The darkness will come, and it will wear my face. Not a monster arriving in the night, not an obvious villain. A deception so precise, so architecturally sophisticated that it would look exactly like me. It would speak my name. It would carry my cross. It would build cathedrals in mys honor. It would write my words inside covers of the very texts it would use to control people. It would be the exact instrument of spiritual destruction that everything I had taught was designed to prevent. The antichrist in this text is not a future tyrant on a throne. It is a system. It is an institution wearing a costume of the man it betrayed.”
(Note: What the Ethiopian monks believed was not about what was coming, but for 2000 years they believed it was something that already arrived and was present, then as now. These words clearly identify the I.R.S. that was initiated by the Roman Catholic Church with its cathedrals and liturgical pomp and display; rituals which are used to control people, including kings and nations. They also accumulate wealth by imposing costly requirements on people. Similar things continue in her today as well as in her offspring of the several kinds of Protestant churches. This is why I wrote the Book THE OTHER CHURCH.)
- He said that there is no need for an intermediary between God and man such as a priest or a clerical function as Jesus himself is that intermediary. There is no need for an institution or organizational hierarchy as the kingdom of God is within the redeemed human soul which is now the temple of God.
(Note: This eliminates the need for an organization such as a religious institution. Thus the Body of Christ, which is composed of the gathered together of the redeemed is what constitutes the true church. It is an organism, not and organization. An organism has a supporting structure that is internal and not seem; whereas and organization has a supporting structure that is external and is clearly seen, as in the I.R.S.)
- “A world that is hyper connected, but fundamentally false. Where people communicate without physical voices; where they see without physical eyes. Where information travels faster than truth, and the manufactured image replaces lived reality.”
(Note: does this not describe today’s wireless communication, TV, internet; A.I. (artificial intelligence), and CGI (computer generated images); all of which fulfills what John saw in his vision in Revelation regarding the “beast” system.)
Revelation 13:14-15 – And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Therefore the Institutionalized Religious System was identified and warned about by Jesus before He ascended back to the Father. Since then, just exactly what He warned us about has come to pass, and has been in existence for nearly the entire church age. And we are not at the end yet. There is more to come and we, as the Body of Christ, need to be prepared and ready to stand firm unto the end when He returns! Because the enemy is raising his head and bringing great opposition, as Jesus warned us about in the evil day.
Ephesians 6:10-13 – Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
The devil is not afraid to enter into a church: he and his co=workers, the demons, fallen angels, and false prophets, preachers and teachers love to enter and do their thing introducing false doctrines and teachings. Jesus warned us about such in Matthew, Mark, and Luke, as well as the apostles Peter and Paul. This spiritual warfare is going to become much more intense as the Day Of The LORD draws near. So we need to prayed up, filled with His Word, and filled up with His Holy Spirit so that we can endure unto the end.
We must be ab le to recognize that which is true and that which is false so as to not be deceived, because Jesus told us that the deception would be great; and it truly is.
Luke 21:7-8 – And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
2 Thessalonians 2:3 – Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Hebrews 3:6 – ut Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
Hebrews 10:22-23 – Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
