A REASON TO WATCH AND PRAY
Luke 21:34-36 - And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Back in the early nineties I was led of the Lord to issue a warning of the dangers of Islam, the encroaching Muslim threat to Christians, Jews and Western society. This warning appeared in one of the monthly issues of the LOGOS LETTER that I was publishing at that time. Since then, the threat of Islam has come to the forefront in very obvious ways. However, our government, our society and, more importantly, the church, still fails to recognize the seriousness of the threat of Islam.
Islam is a political entity without a national identity but it is disguised with a religious façade. It’s goal is world domination, control and subjugation of all peoples under its archaic and barbaric “Sharia” Law. Their methods of spreading their conquests reveal who is actually behind this movement. Have you noticed that all terrorist activity around the world is spawned by Muslim’s? Our politically correct media always refers to them as terrorists rather than Muslims; thus they don’t not link the spread of Islam with this behavior. The media does not even report the horrible atrocities Muslims have done against Christians and Jews elsewhere in the world; nor do they publicize Islam’s desire to eliminate all traces of Christianity and Judaism. In Muslim nations killing Christians, Jews and Americans, is not only propagandized over their media but is even taught in their schools to children. They are brought up with an absolute hatred of us and a desire to kill us all.
The current rise of Muslim domination is being achieved in two ways: by the sword and extreme violence, and by the more peaceable means of infiltration and immigration. Actually the threat of Islam began 1300 years ago and was initiated by prophet Muhammad. Islam is the religion of the False Prophet identified in the Book of Revelation. The Lord has revealed this to many other saints who have researched this matter much more than I, and they have written even sterner and more authoritative warnings. Still others have written of their personal experiences dealing with and surviving Islam in other nations where they live.
The west, our government and the church do not take the threat of Islam seriously; they only think in terms of a few radical terrorists. This is because this enemy is masquerading as a religion and not the enemy that it really is. This is all in accordance with the way Satan works, through deception and illusion. Even our President (Bush) refuses to acknowledge or recognize the threat of Islam to our existence.
In warfare, the first thing you must do is to recognize and identify the enemy. America and its government has failed to properly identify the enemy. They think it is Al Quida and the Taliban. They fail to understand that these and other groups are simply the aggressive military arm of Islam. The rest of Islam is more subtle and covert, but just as much a threat.
Islam is the tool of Satan in these last days; it is the Beast of Revelation and also the enemy described in Ezekiel 38 and 39 that brings about Armageddon. It is the antichrist system aimed at wiping out both Christians and Jews – God’s people. It’s even likely that the “antichrist” will be Muslim. Islam does not worship our God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ and the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Their god, Allah, has a totally different character and nature; he is the god of hatred, death and destruction – no love, no grace, no mercy and no forgiveness- patterned after the image of Satan.
Muslims claim to be peace loving, but in what Muslim nation is there peace? Their holy book, the Koran, declares that peace is only UNDER Islam; if you are not under Islam you are an infidel and condemned to death or severe servitude. Islam, the religion of the False Prophet also composes the Beast of Revelation, namely the primary Muslim nations of Iran, Iraq and Syria and surrounding Muslim countries, (identified in Ezekiel 38), and specified figuratively in the Book of Daniel as the Lion, Bear and Leapard.
Though recent church tradition teaches that the antichrist is an man, scripture teaches us that antichrist is a spirit, not a man
John 4: 1 - Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. .
Islam denies that Jesus is the Son of God and came as God in the flesh. The spirit of antichrist raised up Mohammad and created it to oppose God’s people; and it did so in the middle ages and now has arisen again to power through the wealth of oil. In addition, the number 666 of Revelation is the number of a man, (Revelation 13:18) – that number equals Muhammad, the False Prophet and founder of Islam. Since others have researched and documented vital information concerning Islam in these last days, I am willing to share some of this material with you. Please read the books I’m sending you with prayer consideration. This should equip you to prepare and to pray for the days that lie ahead prior to the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Some of this information flies in the face of a lot of traditional church doctrine and dogma about the end times – much of which is error and of recent origin.
