CAN IT GET ANY WORSE IN AMERICA

Proverbs14:34 – Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.
America has become a reproach – a shame and a disgrace. The state of the Union (America) is far worse today than it was decades ago. The terrible condition that we are now is due to our nations turn to immorality and turning away from God, truth and justice. This turn toward darkness and evil is a direct result of our leadership. This applies first to our political leaders who make the godless laws, followed by our educational leaders, our corporate leaders, and yes, even our church leaders who fail to address our immoral and godless issues.
Isaiah 5:20 – Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Isaiah 10:1 – Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness (laws) which they have prescribed (legislated);
Consider just how bad the state of this Union is due to massive corruption: look at our economic and financial condition; our failing energy sector; our escalating crime condition; our deteriorating moral condition with abortions right up to the day of birth; same-sex marriage; promotion of homosexuality and transgenderism. Our political and educational leaders cannot even define what a woman is, so they allow males into female bathrooms. On top of this our corrupt government cares more about feminizing our military rather than making them fit for defending our nation. Then we have treasonous activities by government officials; add to that the silencing of opposing views and cancellation of our first and second Constitutional Amendments along with some of the other Amendments.
Notice that so much of this corrupt action by our leadership is in total opposition of God’s Word and our Christian values. In fact, these evil leaders oppose God and the followers of Christ by shutting down church services and arresting true Christians who take stands against their Covid and medical tyranny. Such godless persons in our government use laws to rob us of our freedoms and our money.
Proverbs 29:2 – When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
Notice that when the righteous (Godly) rule, the people are glad and happy; but when the godless rule, the people are oppressed and miserable. This is the State of the Union today. Can it get any worse? Yes it can, that is, right up until Jesus returns because He spoke of the increase of sin and godless rebellion increasing before He returns.
Matthew 24:12-13 – And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
How did we get this way in our nation? The answer is in the Bible, the very Book that these godless sinners hate! These corrupt persons are actually serving Satan as their master, even though they do not recognize it.
Romans 6:16 – Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Since they know not God the Father or Jesus Christ, morality and righteousness is far from them; thus they are easily lured by Satan to fulfill their own selfish lusts, which are actually Satan’s own lusts that they fulfill. Jesus spoke of this:
John 8:44 – Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
American voters, in their ignorance, (including many professing Christians), have elected wicked evil persons to positions in federal and state governments. Many times these wicked get elected through deception or fraudulent means as recently happened, and as in the past. This is also due to the corrupt news media which is more interested in promoting the leftist propaganda than the truth. One of the traits people fail to recognize is their ability to lie and deceive their way into such positions; thus showing they are children and servants of Satan.
It is very obvious today that many are submitted to Satan and his demons and allowing such to work through them. This is evident by their godless and immoral behavior with the promotion of their evil goals. These are those who propose and create laws that are immoral and contrary to God and His Word.
America is currently under the influence of such immoral, God hating and defiant people. Many in leadership clearly show their anti-god, anti-Christ and anti-Word character by the fruits of their actions. They fail to realize the consequences of their labor because they think that they are doing their “political” thing, and fail to recognize that they are actually doing the works of Satan. They are aligned with the spirit of antichrist, and are fulfilling what was spoken by the Jesus and the apostles in these last days. Thus we see the results as foretold in the Bible.
1Timothy 4:1-2 – Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
Since these godless leaders are diligently fighting against those of us who hold to the Word of God and seek His righteousness, they even pass laws and implement corporate policies to try to silence Christians and those on the political right. Note: it is interesting to see that those that are the godless wicked and corrupt call those of us Christians and conservatives as the political RIGHT, while they identify as those on the political LEFT, (the wrong). Thus we have those that are RIGHT and those that are WRONG!
Obviously there is a form of warfare that is going on; it is a spiritual warfare; the Godly vs the ungodly; the children of God vs the children of the devil.
1 John 3:10 – In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God,
Even in some of our churches we have false teachers, prophets and preachers that have been beguiled by the enemy to falsely represent what is of God and work to distort His Word.
2 Peter 2:1-4 – But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
One problem we have in the church is what can be referred to as “carnal Christians”, those believers who still love the things of the world more than the kingdom of God. These types are vulnerable to the false preachers, teachers and prophets that prey on them.
2 Timothy 4:3-4 – For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Note that it is their worldly lusts that they want to hear about so that they can heap up and accumulate abundance of material. Thus the prevalence of the prosperity doctrine that focuses on creation rather than the Creator.
Our real enemy is not those who Satan has beguiled and deceived as his pawns, though we must expose and rebuff them; our real enemy consists of the forces of darkness that motivate the ungodly to keep them from knowing the truth, the true light and righteousness.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 – But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
We are fighting against Satan, his fallen angels and the demons which are called principalities and rulers of darkness.
Ephesians 6:12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
The conflict is real and dangerous, and can cause difficult problems to true believers.
2 Timothy 3:12-16 – Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
Notice that Paul warned us that these evil persons will grow worse and worse; multiplying their wickedness in these last days with their deception; because they themselves have been deceived by their leader – Satan. So to answer the question posed in the sub-title, Yes it can get worse, but only if we Christians do not use our God given resources to take the necessary action to stop it.
True Christians who walk in the Spirit and obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ have been given the tools to resist these evil forces that work behind the scenes in these wicked ones. However we must know the power and authority of Him who loves us and gave His life for us, and to us. We know Him through His Word, the Bible, and in fellowship with Him in prayer. We are to submit our situation and circumstances to Him and then resist the enemy and his evil workings.
James 4:7 – Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
We are in warfare, but too many believers are not fighting or putting up the RESISTANCE, because they are not being taught and trained to do so in our churches. God has called us to live and walk in victory through what He has provided.
Isaiah 54:17 – No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heratige of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
No weapon of any kind is supposed to succeed if we resist it. We resist by speaking out against the evil works of the enemy, condemning them by prayer and speaking the Word of God against them in the name of Jesus Christ; (whose name is above all names and is all authority in heaven and the earth). This is also how we are able to cast out demons and overcome the works of the enemy, and to stand in the evil day, which this truly is.
Ephesians 6:13-18 – Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit,
Each piece of this spiritual armor is an application of the Word of God. The Word of God is true and you can experience the benefits of it if you will believe it and apply it! With His Word, and with His name, and with His testimony, we can change the state of the Union! Selah (think on this)!
We are at war; but it is an unseen war in the natural because our enemy operates in the spirit realm. However, God has given us, through Jesus Christ, greater power so that we can defeat these evil forces and reclaim our nation for Christ. Therefore it is incumbent upon true believers to engage in this spiritual battle with the Word and the authority of Jesus’ name so we can defeat the evil works of Satan’s children.
1 John 4:4 – Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
There is a unique glory for true believers in Jesus Christ to walk in, and it needs to be preached and taught throughout the Body of Christ, (the true church).
Isaiah 60:1-2 – rise, shine for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee.
It is high time for true Christians to take a stand against the evil in our land and to let their light shine in this time of darkness as the Day of the Lord approaches. Pray for the State of the Union (America) that we, as a nation, will repent and return to God! AMEN!
