WHAT GOD SAYS ABOUT AMERICA’S “WOKE” CONDITION

          The perversity in American culture has grown so great that God will have to sovereignly intervene and bring this nation to its knees in order to get some of its people to REPENT and turn to God through Jesus Christ.  He just cannot permit us to continue on our current path of moral decay and darkness.  Consider what is commonly and openly talked about; being presented on the political stage and the entertainment industry, and even endorsed in some churches.  These are all serious transgressions – SINS!

Regarding transgenderism:

Deuteronomy 23:1 (Amplified) – He who has been castrated by having his testicles crushed or his male organ cut off shall not enter the congregation of the Lord.

          (Note: cosmetic surgery may change the outward appearance, but it cannot change the God given XX or XY chromosomes that determines gender.  The end result is a mutilated body with a confused mind.  It is all demon inspired.)

Regarding transvestitism:

Deuteronomy 22:5 – The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.

Regarding homosexuality (sodomy):

Genesis 13:13 – But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the Lord exceedingly.

Leviticus 20:13 – If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Deuteronomy 23:17 – There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a Sodomite of the sons of Israel.

Romans 1:26-27 – For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:  and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Regarding beastiality:

Leviticus 20:15 – And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. 

Deuteronomy 27:21 – Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.

Regarding adultery:

Exodus 20:14 – Thou shalt not commit adultery. (NOTE: this is one of the Ten Commandments).

Leviticus 20:20 – And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. 

Proverbs 6:32 – But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.

Matthew 5:27-28 – Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:  but I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

          (There are too many other scripture references that apply here to mention.)

Regarding fornication:  (any kind of sexual activity or intimacy outside of marriage, including homosexuality)

1 Corinthians 6:18 – Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 

Galatians 5:19 – Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness (any kind of sex sins), 

Jude 1:7 –  Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. 

          (Again – there are too many other scripture references that apply here to mention.)

          There are so many other moral and sinful issues that our nation indulges in that it cannot be contained in these few pages.  These that are listed here are only a small fraction of the moral depravity of this nation that needs to be turned away from, repented of, and ask God for forgiveness, and to clean up this mess we call America.  It is obvious to the righteous and redeemed in this nation that we can declared ICABOD – THE GLORY OF THE LORD HAS DEPARTED!

          One thing that needs to be recognized is that God prefers REPENTANCE over JUDGMENT.  Consider God’s pronouncement of judgment on ancient wicked Nineveh.

Jonah 3:4-5 – And Jonah began to enter into the city a day’s journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.   So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.

          God responded to their humble repentance:

Jonah 3:10 – And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

          Jonah begrudgingly acknowledges God’s great mercy, and that God prefers repentance over judgment.

Jonah 4:2b – ….. for I (Jonah) knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repentest thee of the evil.

          God’s judgment, (corrective chastisement), is on its way to America if we fail to repent as Nineveh did, because we cannot be allowed to continue on our path of obvious self-destruction.
